The Workout Plan:
1. Warm-Up (5 minutes): Start with a dynamic warm-up to activate your muscles and get your blood flowing. Perform each of these for 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest in between:
Jumping Jacks
Bodyweight Squats
Arm Circles (both directions)
High Knees
2. Dumbbell Squat to Press (3 sets of 12 reps): This move works your legs, glutes, shoulders, and core in one seamless motion.
